Ratatoskr Spin spell from Loremaster

Hmm,
Am I correct in stating that the Ratatoskr Spin spell can be obtained through Loremaster
Both the TC and actual spell
Has anyone as of lately gotten any Ratatoskr Spin TC or the spell from Loremaster

The spell is a confirmed drop.

As far as the treasure card goes, the Loremaster also, rarely drops it as well.

Yup since the update better yet as of the last 2 weeks I have gotten a few TC and the spell it's self from the loremaster.
