Celestian Intervention Spell

Hi, so the Celestian Intervention spell seems to have a bit of a glitch. In the test realm it included stun shields and traps set by opponents, but now it only seems to shields. At the moment, I only have it upgraded as far as second tier.

Using up traps is a bug. The spell is only suppose to consume shields for the heal.

This is a known issue that's being fixed.
