I am a housing fan and one item I find myself multiple times in every house is the Customizable Wizard City Sign. This sign is so essential for communicating to guests when homeowners are not present, but often doesn't offer everything guests need to know. I recently played (another game) and they have signs in that game players use to quickly talk to one another. I think a great idea for housing would be to have a sign that allows Filtered Text typed out, but does not allow Open Text. All text that normally shows up red or yellow would not be allowed for these signs, but all white Filtered Text would be allowed. I figure with 12 years of Filtered Text feedback from players, its at a safe enough place to allow this. This would just be huge for housing and a breakthrough on communication to guests when housing owners are not present.
