Frozen loading screen

Over the past few days, I have experienced a frozen loading screen when using Team Up. The screen has frozen as I enter a battle, and when I return to the kiosk. This has been happening to other players as well. Is KI updating, or adding new content, and that is what's causing this loading issue?
