There are a couple of things you can do with "no auction" items. First, you can feed them to a pet for some gold and sometimes a TC or reageant, or sometimes pet experience. Second, you can transfer them through your shared bank to one of your other wizards that can better use it, unless the item is also "no trade." Third, you can simply trash it, which removes it from your inventory with no compensation. While a "don't accept no auction items" checkbox might help if you always want to trash them, you might then lose an item that would benefit your wizard.
