None of them cause their is no reason too.
And I highly doubt KI would nerf a whole school

Funny, storm used to be the top pvp school in 2010 because of wild bolt. Ever since then apparently it's not good though The one school that has been consistently at the top is balance. Even back then everyone complained about judgment!
