i lost my favorite crokagator mount

a glitch deleted my wizard! my precious crokagator! it was a newly made wizard so the only important thing that was lost was my mount! crokagator's texture makes it look like a toy so im really upset about losing it!

sorry to hear that. but if you farm RA in krok. then there is a chance you can get a new one. also hopefully the tech can retrieve it.

If you deleted a wizard and the crok mount was on that wizard's account, quickly submit a ticket to KingsIsle Support. You have a 48 hour window to change your mind, or so I've heard.

Hope you can get it back...

I accidentally left my krokogator on a wizard I deleted. When I submitted a ticket to support they were able to undelete that wizard for me so I could get my mount back. Just make sure you email support sooner than later.
