Malistaire in his first incarnation should probably have 25,000 health instead of 10,000, and perhaps some minor cheats as well.

Azteca Malistaire should use a 50,000-damage Blizzard that deals Moon damage if he is hit.

Yevgeny's stun cheat should stun for 2 turns, and he should use Supernova on any aura-users.
Graveyard Shane should have his mastery of Storm back (but maybe without Glowbug Squall), and his Supercharges should be protected.
Graveyard Malistaire should have his health increased back to 50,000 / 100,000 since you can now pop an Indemnity-enchanted Feint on him. Better drop rates to compensate for the increased difficulty as well.
Perhaps in his second phase the blade-removal cycle could be reduced to 3 turns?

The Rat should have 150,000 health and use Shadow magic to summon his minions again. Whenever a player kills a minion, the Rat uses a shadow spell to place a dispel of their school on them.

Storm Morganthe should use a 2200-damage Glowbug Squall whenever a player has more than 5 blades, Death Morganthe should use an 1800-damage Call of Khrulhu whenever a player uses an area-of-effect attack, Balance Morganthe should use a Mana Burn that removes shadow pips from all players whenever a player heals, and Ice Morganthe should use an Aegis-enchanted -85% tower shield on Death Morganthe at the start and whenever the shield is removed. All of the bosses should also have 25% pierce and 50% damage boost.

Aphrodite II will require a specific tendril to be hit in order to stop her spore cheat. The tendril that must be hit is randomly determined not known ahead of time. In addition, only spells that cost 4 or more pips stop the cheat.
