I am doing the quest All your basilisk and need to defeat the Hoarder. I need strategy tips for the battle.
The Hoarder is meant to be a challenging solo quest to make sure you are ready to receive your powerful new spell! The best approach is to use all the tools you have been given up until this point. As a Myth Wizard, you are given a Death shield. Use shields to stay alive while you gather pips and set up for a big hit. If there is too much focus on you, cast a minion to distract the attacks from your Wizard to it.
Make sure that you trap the boss and blade before you hit. Stack different kinds of blades and traps if you can. Do not be afraid to right click and discard cards from your hand if you aren't getting the one's you need in order to successfully complete the strategy.
Go to the Library in Wizard City where you can purchase a few Reshuffle and Fairy treasure cards this way if you run out of cards or are in need of a heal for you or the minion, you will be covered.
