I checked the drop table for my good buddy Ixcax (whose feathered raptor I fully intend to get), and I saw that she drops the Skyvern hoard pack gear! I always wanted a sun eagle set... which, incidentally, she does not drop the boots for. The other two sets you can farm completely, so why not sun eagle??
