When I booted up W101 on my computer, black and white lines kept flickering while I was playing and it was even worse when I was choosing a character. I have have tried playing W101 a few other times today on my computer and the same issue happened. When I did it on a different computer though, everything was fine. I have played other games and everything was fine. I even logged on to Pirate 101 to see if everything was fine and it was except for the animation before the character screen. I have no idea what is wrong.
I get that every once in a while. It's my graphics card. Go back to your start button and when the menu comes up instead of signing out there should be an arrow on the right of that option. Click the arrow and on that menu hit "restart". You don't have to sign all the way out. Try that. Or you may have another issue.
