The Great Spyre Bug

My level 45 Death recently got to Malistaire in the Great Spyre with a level 70 Myth. But when we defeated him, it still pointed to where he was not at. It still had the objective to defeat him in the Great Spyre. I did everything in there, and did over 3000 damage to him so that shouldn't of been the issue. Help is wanted, i don't want to redo the dungeon

That sounds horrible!
