Membership won't activate

Hello,

I have recently just purchased the 9.99 1 month package (was 4.95 for me) for membership. The purchase did indeed go through, as I received an email confirmation. However, I able still not able to access Firecat Alley or Cyclops lane.

I DO have quests relating to both areas: (Link removed as it is against the rules. ~Dworgyn)

I'd really like to be able to do those quests ASAP, so any information on how long it'll take to activate would be great.

(PS, I did already contact support, but I am impatient.)

Oh no! Sorry to hear about the troubles. Thank you for contact Customer Support as that is the correct course of action. If logging out and back in did not solve the problem, it could be you accidentally purchased a membership for Pirate101.
