Suppose there is a fire elf tick on me, and my opponent then uses ramp while the elf tick is still on me. Im shifting next round. Which overtime will be shifted? The elf or ramp?

Last in, first out. If it happens in the order you describe, rampage would be the spell removed.

Oh the joke is on your opponent my friend! Since he played rampage and you used shift it will transfer the rampage to him/her, even if the elf is on the rampage will be moved first.

The last one played will be shifted. In reality most would rampage first than fire elf to keep this from happening!

Hi there!

I believe it should shift the rampager. I'm not 100% sure but I think it shifts the latest overtime put on you.
