So lets just say you use Dragon 440+350 over 3 rounds. Then lets say for easy sake you have a +50% Blade. Would the attack become 660 + 350 over 3 rounds or 660 + 475 over 3 rounds?

Blades enhance the whole entire spell while traps enhance a single hit. So, regardless of blade strength, it will effect the initial hit and the damage over time hits

That is Correct. The use of blades will strengthen the damage intensity of the whole spell. Even if DOT spells are divided for 3 rounds, It's still counts for a single hit
