Hi. I asked for clarification on this to the Designers. I'm passing this along for your information, "If you cast a Donate Shadow on a character who cannot generate shadow pips it will do nothing except waste your own pips. It’s the equivalent of casting a Storm Blade on a character who can’t cast storm spells, it is simply wasted."

i mean fair, but with a storm blade, i give you storm tc prior.... i've had someone give me weaver tc.... so i'm just curious how would this work out and all
