Okay, I'm sure this topic has been mentioned before (I have no idea where though) I don't know if this is the correct place to put this, but does anyone know where I can go to get some decent dmg boost jewels? I'm a level 88 life wizard, I don't do well fighting on my own in Azteca or Avalon, so uh. Any lower world dungeons I can go into?

I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong area T^T

I'll go out there and do my Rubesty!

Are you looking for Damage, Pierce or Critical?

Best place to get jewel drops is often mobs, believe it or not. Also, crafting can be a good way to go. Check out the links below to see who drops jewels you need and where you can find them.

Clear Critical Jade
http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Jewel:Clear_Critical_Jade_%2B10#axzz4tRWF0h1a
Dropped by: Catalan, Nameless Knight, Flevur Flave. These are bosses found in Avalon.

Clear Piercing Jade
http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Jewel:Clear_Piercing_Jade_%2B5%25#axzz4tWPQ7vEq
Dropped by: Crazed Thunder Horn, Moon Skull Priestesses, Shadow Weaver Glider, Smoking Mirror Scout, Splinter Wing. These are mobs found in the first half of Azteca.

Clear Damage Jade
http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Jewel:Clear_Damage_Jade_%2B20#axzz4tWPQ7vEq
Dropped by: Yacate Farwalker, Pampero Spirit, Winged Tooth Night, Night Terror. These are mostly mobs, found in the last areas of Azteca. Yacate is a boss found in Alto Alto.

At your level, the Piercing and Critical jewels should be within your reach if you're willing to grind through quite a few battles. Also, make sure you have the best gear possible. Either Waterworks, Crowns gear (like Professor's), or crafted gear (level 76 from Avalon or higher). Having solid gear makes a HUGE difference!

Lucky for me I don't have to farm jewels anymore.

I started off with a couple of Jewel plants and have doubled them every time there is double gardening experience for members. Once in a while, an extra jewel plant will drop so it added to my hoard.

With careful planning, I now have small plots entirely filled up with each of the different jewel plants. I mean one wizard has all star jewel plants, another wizard has all tear plants, another has triangle plants, and the list goes on for the rest of the jewel plants.

It's a pain to harvest because there are so many drops, but OMG, it's so nice not having to farm for them anymore.

Wards, Dealers, Snipers and Healing/Mending Jewels do not drop from jewel plants, nor do the higher level Shiny jewels, so yes, you still need to farm if you want the more desirable jewels.

If you want to PvP, sure, you farm more. But, if you're a normal person, you don't need to
