If you will take a look at the "p.s." at the bottom, you will also see that Dworgyn also stated there is an issue with the housing tours they are investigating and will need some time to get it done.
Also they have been in the process of moving their offices so some things may take a little longer.

Please excuse our dust in the Castle Tours House of the Wizard City Commons over this holiday weekend. Myrella and Eliza Windspar are taking a short leave of absence. We understand that they provide a very popular service, but they are in dire need of a vacation. The Castle Tours and Housing Games features will be temporarily unavailable until they have fully recovered and are ready to once again accommodate our Wizards.
