I did not get the spell I was going to get.

I was leveling up my storm account, and I got a mission from my storm teacher. It was the charge it up quest, where you get your storm prism. I did the quest, but I did not get the spell! I took little notice of it until Marleybone. I did get my other spells though, such as storm blade, etc.

There is no level 48 star spell. The lowest level star spell is level 50 in Celestia.
