Hey there! The choice is really which would be more fun to you.
If you love high health, being the tank and taking all the hits/ going first in battle then I would say ice.
If you love having some half of your spells that attack and gives health back then I would say death.
However death is survivable, We don't really need to heal in higher levels like above the levels of 48. Death is good at buffing to do more damage to the drain attack to get more health back. Also, Death is the best soloing school there is. IF you choose Death make sure to buff up a bit when your gonna do a drain spell. And if your going against a myth boss, DON'T worry about your blades. It's good how they give us a lot of traps. So even if you don't kill in one hit, you can hit over and over again because your getting your health back from most of your spells :)
