So my life wizard is stuck doing a quest in the arcanum to read about the Cabal in the "Schism Reading Room" every time i enter the room I get a message that says "Failed to Load Zone" and then I lose connection and i'm forced to reopen the game or sometimes if i'm lucky I get sent back to the character screen. But once i'm sent out I can't even use my life wizard until like 10 minutes after where I'm finally able to get on my life but I appear outside the reading room.once again unable to enter. I thought if i waited a few days it'll finally load but I still can't enter.
