Arcanum Apartment question

I have the Arcanum Apartment now, and am wondering that if my membership expires, will I still be able to teleport to it via the go home button?

Yes you will. It is a permanent home, think of it as an Upgrade! Just like you changed your scholar from ravenwood to the Arcanum, you changed your humble abode!
