I would like to bring up a topic that I am sure everyone is aware of.
The level 108 Ice spell.
Lets just take a look at this...
Level 108 Ice Spell: 85 Damage Per Pip to All Level 28 Storm Spell: 80 Damage Per Pip to All
See the problem? The level 108 ice spell is just a slightly boosted tempest, only by 5 damage. I honestly think this needs to be buffed, like maybe 100 damage per pip to all, or adding something else to it like -30% damage to next spell. KingsIsle, please fix this.
I agree. I've seen a few ice wizards complain about the new 108 ice spell. Storm wizards by nature are supposed to be hard-hitters, although I don't understand why both spells deal almost exactly the same damage 80 levels apart.
