Cannot Finish Celestia

The last quests my friend had were "Into the Stellarium" and "A Star is Born". Noone else is offering her quests and she cannot advance in Celestia, however she has all of the areas open in Celestia. All she has are side quests and just to be sure she finished all of the side quests, but it still didn't allow her to proceed. She contacted Wizard 101's staff a a month or so ago and still hasn't gotten an answer.

Are you receiving Customer Support ticket numbers when you send them emails? Make sure you're checking your junk and email folders as sometimes email providers will sort our responses there.
