I have downloaded the test realm on my mac. And im 110% sure I am putting the right password and username in as i have tried it on the website just now to write this and it worked. But on the test realm it says password or username is wrong? Can someone tell me how to solve this? Thank You in advance
This is a little late, since test realm is closed. The reason for the issue is the difference in time between test realm and live. Test realm uses a copy of your character that is made before they first open test realm. That means when you login to test, your character could be a few weeks old when compared to the live realm. There was probably no copy of you in test realm because the copy was made a few weeks back before you made your account.
