Hybrid pets

Hello I was just wandering if some one could please tell me what lvl must the fossil and the lord of winter be to get the hybrid crystalline fossil or can you hatch it at any lvl and to get other hybrids do the parent pets have to be at a certain lvl to.to get a hybrid pet.

To Hatch any pets they must both be Adult Level pets. (you must also have the gold.)

Once they are both adults, as exp613 said, you have a chance at getting the hybrid. Level doesn't matter otherwise.
