how do i get a master account?

I'm now 13 and cant change my settings about chat please help me!

The adult who set up your account is the only one who can change its settings. If that was one of your parents, you will need to talk to them about it.

The only way to make a master account is by having a valid credit card on file. Again, that's probably going to be one of your parents.

Have your parent/guardian log into the Master Account and turn on your Text Chat.

You need to put a valid credit card on file. And then your parents can set up a master account to set your limitations.
