I can’t get the waterworks quest. I am level 61 storm and just completed lower zigzag and house of scales and got a notification from the balance Professor for the quest, but none for waterworks when I reached level 60. Anyone else having a problem?
If I were you, I'd go up to Blad Raveneye in Trition Ave and see if he will give you "Under Pressure"—that's where the Waterworks questline starts. If that doesn't do it, contact KingsIsle.
