So i have two farms emps and couches in the same barn farm. The question is. Long as i didnt leave them with needs and i left the house and equip another house i dont need to tend them for like 3 days correct?

As long as there were no needs, you can leave them as long as you want. They will only progress to the next stage until you tend them again. You even have to equip a different house. Couch Potatoes do progress a bit faster than emps but in general, you are correct.
