Unfortunately, you can't trade reagents. Go check the bazaar or purchase the transmute recipe.
you most prolly will have to start farming Stone Blocks so you may transmute them into fossils. Here is a page telling good places to farm for Stone Blocks. Sometimes if your lucky you can get some from the bazaar.
