"Braving the storm" Quest glitch

At the end of Empyrea part 2, after defeating the Aether Titan and infusing the chaos heart with the paradox essence, i cannot continue the quest as it wont let me talk to Bartleby afterwards. I've tried re-logging and fighting the aether titan again, however i'm always unable to continue the dialogue with Bartleby.

Does anyone know a fix for this, or a way to get around it? Thanks
