We are still without the 130+ gear for the Spooky Carnival Bundle. Empyrea Part 2 was released over a month ago- so why are we without new gear? Very inconvenient to wait a month to redeem the gear I spent 30$ on. Is it like the Aero Plains Bundle as in the gear is not able to be redeemed at max level?

As of right now, the gear you redeem on the prepaid bundles are capped at the top level at the time of the bundle's release. Rest assured, we are working on updating the gear levels in older bundles. While we can't give you an exact timeline on when those updates will go live, we certainly appreciate your patience as we work on it!
