So, I recently decided to come back to this game after a while and I thought I'd get on my old account that I made way back when. Since I am now above the age of 18, I was wondering if there was a way to allow this account to be able to use Open Chat since it should be old enough to allow it according to the age I put in years ago. I checked the FAQs and it said it should be right there under Account Management, but it is not.
