The Balance triple dispel is ridiculous. Please take it out. If it is going to put three different types of dispels on you, it should give three shields. Since it does not, take it out. Take out all dispels altogether.

I haven't done too much PvP, but dispels certainly are an issue according to many users - it would be nice if they made flat-out dispels no PvP, but spells like Gnomes! that have a dispel as an after-effect would still be allowed.
That being said we should probably do something about Myth Imp
