Error 115

so i have tried all of the error fixes for 115 and nothing has worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times and even reset my computer to factory settings. I started getting this error after redeeming a membership and now it stops working half way through what appears to be it patching. Can someone please help me?
