Recently I have been playing wiz quiet a bit and have met some really nice and cool people in game again! We have been talking for about a week now and feel that it would be a really cool idea to have "Shared housing" in the game.
This would consist of one player being an "Admin" maybe/owner. Who would control permissions and set ranks within a house which allows players to do things which they cannot do in other peoples houses. e.g. Move furniture. This however is more of a trust feature, so it would need to be clear that you NEED to trust people before giving them permissions.
We also thought that it would be a cool idea to have some sort of multi-banking. Where it only has a limited amount of space e.g. 100. It can only hold housing items. But it would allow players to give and donate their own items to someone with permissions or even the owner of the house to place them down!
There are many more features to this, but hopefully from this smallish post you can get the basic ideas on how it would work and why I believe it would be a cool feature to have in the game in the future!
