my daughter and I are playing and when she got to the pod door she ported to me before she went through the door and now she can't go on and when she goes back the door is not there. how do we get her past this part so she can talk to sven in the next area??????
Contact KI support and they will fix the bug or reset her account to the next quest so she can continue. You can reach them by clicking the "Help?" icon in the upper right corner of this page. Be sure the email attached to your daughter's account is up-to-date, as they will communicate with her that way.
Sorry to hear about the troubles, when you contact our Customer Support, please let us know the name of your daughter's account as well and if she is using a Subscription or Crowns account.
