I have the same problem. Finished all the storyline quests, but Sherlock Bones keeps telling me to get to Chelsea court. Can't buy a ticket. What am I missing?
It used to be we would have to talk to Tracy and buy tickets for balloon cars before going to each new area, but they might have eliminated that part of the quest. If you don't have to buy tickets from Tracy anymore, it's possible KI forgot to update Bones's part of the quest.
Did either of you try just going over to the Chelsea Court balloon car and hopping on...?
