there are ten slots for crafting and I have nine badges, last one from krystalsis. Where is the tenth one located? I know my spelling is bad. So don't complain about it.
The next crafting quest comes from the Arcanum, after you defeat Rasputin. You have to be invited to the Arcanum via questing and you must defeat the Rat. Porting there ahead of time doesn't work.
