Hey. I want to understand how to critical a spell in PVP. Do you have to be a certain lvl? Do you get it through a quest? I also see that some high lvl gear gives critical as well. But those are my two main questions about it.
I think that you can only get critical ratings from your gear, like robes, hats, wand, etc. Usually you can get access to gear that gives you critical ratings at around level 50.

You can also get critical rating from pets, that is one of the best ways to get critical at lower levels. But critical doesn't become very effective until you have a lot of it.
