The critical and block solution/future content

Hearing a lot of complaints about how critical and block went down so much, I'm hoping that KI will already be thinking of this, but here is the reality:

In order to get back whatever critical and critical block that was lost from leveling up, the rating needs to go up 100 points.

Things that we don't have yet that could specifically give close to a hundred points or more:

Critical Athames

Block Rings

Block hats

Critical amulets (perhaps a glass cannon variant or the Rat amulet - critical and pierce instead of block and resist)

Block robes (not the worthless Rat robes that give no damage and weak resist.)

Block OR Critical specific wands that aren't only in crowns packs.

Next world, maybe we'll get these as the new type of drops at the end, perhaps closer to the 150 mark, or even higher.

Another thought - They could boost what block and critical pet talents actually give. Like assailant talents giving 60 rather than 30. Honestly, this would only be fair after making a lot of players pets worthless.

You say to boost the ratings up by 100 Points,

But won't it still decrease as we level?

So what would be the point?

Seems to only be a temporary fix.

Or just remove the level penalty from the percentage, and instead the function between rating and percentage become nonlinear (e. g. going from 0 to 20 is a bigger change than from 300 to 320).
