Customer Support Ticket

Hello,
I filled out a ticket for my sons account last week but never received a confirmation in the email. I have checked the email daily for a response, but not getting one.
This morning, I filled out another ticket on the same subject, thinking maybe there was a problem last week with the system, but still did not receive a confirmation email for the ticket.
Can someone please look into this and let me know if my tickets are going through? I feel like I should have had a response by now from the ticket I first submitted last week. But I keep checking, and nothing.
The reference number for this new ticket is #161127-000241

Hello. Customer Support informs me we responded to your ticket yesterday. If you did not receive a response, please check your junk and spam mail to see if this message was filtered to the wrong box by your email.
