Hi. I am looking for ways other than Test Realm to see what talents my pet will get and at which age. May you please give me insight on how to know what talents my pet will get and stuff? My in game Character is Brahm level 66.

You can't. Talents from hatches are random from the parents pool of talents. They are set at hatching and any talent can appear at any level. The only way to see them is to train, either in test or live realm.
