I forgot about this quest 20 levels ago and never completed it. Now that I finally did all the requirements (Make 2 stingers of the scorpion and 2 Constellation Jewels) I cannot complete it. My quests tab says that I need to talk to Felicia Worthington but her NPC in game has the greyed-out question mark above her. What's going on? I just want to receive my "Initiate Crafter" badge.
