Ball-N-Chain Mount Suggestion

I'd like to use the Ball-N-Chain Mount INSIDE instances/dungeons.

It'd be funny to use against people that make me angry for any reason in-game so I can slow down their progress.

Personally, that sounds like an easy way to bully someone. I do not recommend this change.
