Some of Zeke's "find & collect " are a little tricky - have you tried standing on it?

If you don't get a message that the Quest is complete, then it sounds like you already did pick up that Smith, and you might be missing one of the other Smiths. On this link to that Quest, you can click on the Quest Guide at the bottom of the page, and it will show you each Smith, and where to find it:
But if it is just that one Smith, and you can't complete the Quest, you might want to send an e-mail to support@wizard101.com, and ask them to help you. Be sure to give them the UserName that you use to log in to the game (but NOT your password). And give them the name and Level of that Wizard, so they can help you faster.
