Every time I try and sign in I get "Error 102"

Every time I try and sign in I get "Error 102." Even when I uninstall and reinstall like solution 102 says I can play once and the next time I try and play I get Error 102 again.

If anyone knows a way to solve this it would be much appreciated.

Hi awquar! Are you installing via our downloaded client or the Steam installer?

If you continue to see this error, contact support through the Help & Support Page at
https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game . You will need to log in to the website with your Wizard101 account information to submit a help request.

I’m using your downloaded client, and like I said I can play once, but when I try and play again I get error 102 so I have to reinstall%

I will contact customer support tonight, thank you for the reply.
