I was wondering what talents would be good for a balance pet, im looking for more a ward pet. So I was thinking of something like Spell-Defying, or Spell-Proof, Pain-Bringer or Pain-Giver, but I don't know what else. Could someone help me decide what talents are good for a balance pet.

My defense pet has Ice, Fire and Balance Wards.

I think this may depend on your level.

Balance is a underappreciated and very strong school, for solo questing

I use
spell proof
defy
balance dealer
pain dealer
fairy

I soloed the jabberwock with this pet and WW gear

IMO wards are for pvp not needed for pve

Once you get to around level 90 work on a pet without any heals, it will be mandatory.

good luck

Thanks, can I hatch with you? If so that'd be great, but if you can't I understand.

Hi Xxina - That is a really hard question to answer unless know what you want the pet to be good for. There is such a selection of different focal points that you may raise the pet to help with. PVP? Solo questing? Team questing? Energy for gardening? Max resist? Max Power and Crit? etc. Give us a clue and we can give you better answers... If you want the pet purely for Resist as you partially mention, check out the clockwork paladins and sabertooths. There are a bunch of max resist pets there..

"IMO wards are for pvp not needed for pve."

I agree. For most questing my set up is all about Damage.
