Arena Ticket Treasure card vendor

I was thinking of an idea to make a treasure card vendor that sells select treasure cards for Arena tickets. Treasure cards I was thinking the vendor would sell was Epic or colossal enchants Aftershocks sharpen blades potent traps etc. Any thoughts
