help finding paided for pet

got a pre-paid card that came with a free life pet redeemed it and was told it would be retrievable through gift but I cannot find it

did you try going into your backpack and click on your pet? where the egg was hatching?
my prepaid cards has never done that before i think you need to contact wizard101 for this question.

You should see a small present icon pop up to the left of your wizard's screen upon logging in.

Check all your wizards if you have more than one just to be sure.

If you are still not seeing it (nor in your bagpacks), you can contact support to see if they can assist in figuring out the situation.
